Hemsil

This route is mapped out in the Valdres Nature & Culture Park in Norway.

The starting and ending point is at the Etna Family Camping. This is a Dutch campsite run by friendly people. From this campsite, I have mapped out and ridden various routes.

The roads consist of asphalt and many, very many gravel roads that are easy to ride. In between, you can also encounter very challenging unpaved roads if you seek and select them.

I have released two of these routes. I can release the other routes upon request. These two routes are correct and are good to ride.

From this campsite, you can also ride sections of the TET. Jotunheimvegen and Peer Gyntvegen are just two legendary roads that you must have ridden if you are here.

Around these two roads, I have also mapped out two routes, of which I have ridden Jotunheimvegen, a very beautiful area.

You will encounter beautiful nature and historical points here. Really worth it.

The TET (Trans Euro Trail) in Norway offers about 1800 km of legendary, mostly unpaved gravel roads through the rugged south, with highlights such as the mountain valleys Grimsdalen and Einunndalen, and the climb of the Tronfjell (1666m). The route takes you through vast mountain areas above the tree line, along fjords, and offers spectacular views.
