This route describes a circular trip through a rural area. The landscape here is very diverse. This is mainly due to the alternating sand and sandy clay, which is also noticeable in the vegetation and the relief. The most prominent heights include Vosseberg, Stadenberg, and Gitsberg. You start in Roeselare and travel through Oostnieuwkerke, Westrozebeke, Staden, Kortemark, Gits, and Hooglede. You pass the Vijverbos, Stadenberg, Gitsberg, and the German military cemetery in Hooglede. Dismounting is permitted.
