Long-distance walk. We depart from Sluizen. We first walk a short stretch along the Jeker, then go via Neremplein and immediately take the path along the Jeker again. We walk through nature area "De Kevie" up to Blaarmolen. There we turn off and walk through the fields towards Ketsingen and further along the ponds and the castle of 's HerenElderen. From here, the path runs alongside the railway for a while and we walk through nature area "De Demervallei" between Alt-Hoesselt and Rijhoven. It continues along the beautiful land commander "Alden Biesen". We return via the Keiberg to nature area "De Molenbeemd" towards Membruggen. Via the subdivision roads, we walk past the industrial area "Tongeren - Oost" behind to head towards Mal and thus walk back to the start of the walk.
