The stage leads through pure nature. Shortly after the start in the town center of Halle, you reach the city forest. Here, the Kaffeemühle is the first tempting viewpoint. Then it goes uphill past the quarry up to the Hermannshöhen and to the Werther Schanze. From the ridge path of the Hengeberg, the view can wander across the country. From the Gottesberg, you hike to the Jakobsberg, known as the Liverwort Mountain. The stage ends in the town center of Steinhagen.
