Country Enjoyment Route Middle Weser

To introduce the sights of the Samtgemeinde Mittelweser to cyclists and other visitors and at the same time ensure the well-being of the guests, a very special cycle path was developed: The LandGenuss-Route. This 90 km long bike tour leads through idyllic villages and a charming landscape. Culinary delights with regional products must not be neglected either.

It passes by interesting sights such as the Schinna Monastery with its unique half-timbered church, the village of Estorf with the historic barn quarter "Schünebusch" (Tip: Radlerscheune!) and the half-timbered church with neogothic brick tower, the Golddorf Brokeloh with the manor house and the Bickbeernhof, the village of Landesbergen with its historic mill square and the Wedding Windmill visible from afar, as well as the Spieker. In Leese, the local history museum and the ensemble around the church with the historic draw well are enticing. And in Stolzenau, the St. Jacobi Church with its twisted church tower is an outstanding sight. In the historic town center, shops and restaurants invite you in. There is also a motorhome parking space, a campsite, and a boat dock for passenger ships.

The LandGenuss-Route passes by farm cafes, restaurants that collaborate with regional producers, and the Bickbeernhof Brokeloh with an attached café. Here, from mid-June to September, everything about blueberries is available, including farm tours through the plantations and the opportunity to pick the sweet fruits yourself.
