The start of the route is at the Beerster Windmill. From there, follow the signs that lead you through the small forest area called "Begrabenholz". After the forest, you cross the old post road and continue over the Galgenberg, through the fields to Alfstedt and back to Bederkesa. Along the entire route, you will find many indications of the cultivated crops. Various panels provide more detailed information about the agriculture in this area.
The path is accessible in all weather conditions on foot, by bike, or even with a stroller.
