The starting point is at the Hotel Fährhaus on Alten Mühlenweg. The first destination of the route is the Amtsheide, one of the four forest areas around Bad Bevensen. From there, it continues along the Elbe Side Canal to the Klein Bünstorfer Heide, through the extensive spa park and the valley of the Ilmenau back to the starting point. Along the way, benches with views of the varied landscape invite you to take short breaks.
