Promenade des Legendes - La Dame Blanca / La Dame Blanche

The White Lady is a creature wrongly attributed to magic, found on remote and dark paths . They can be found in all regions of Wallonia.

The term "white lady" is given to myths or apparitions of various kinds. They can be supernatural beings acting as fairies, witches, sleepwalkers or harbingers of impending death, but they can also be the spirits of deceased women in the form of castle ghosts or ghost hitchhikers.

Regardless of their form, legends of white ladies can be found throughout Europe and North America.

This artwork is part of the "Promenade des Legendes / Promenade des Légendes". It is a 2.2 km circular route in Laforêt where more than 10 creatures from the legends once told about fire are staged.
