On this route, we follow the Zwalmbeek from the middle course to the source. We cycle to the lower point of the Slijpstraat and follow the Zwalmbeek as closely as possible. To do this, we leave the Mijnwerkerspad, which runs parallel to the Zwalmbeek, a few times to get even closer to the Zwalmbeek. The actual Zwalmbeek route starts at the middle course (Cycling for Trees forest) at the end of the aforementioned Slijpstraat and stops at the source right next to Tenbergen (upper reaches of the Zwalm)...
During this trip, we cycle in the vicinity of the Bostmolen in Roborst and the Boembekemolen in Michelbeke, two of the five Zwalm mills...
