The orange route connects Domain Kiewit with Bokrijk via numerous ponds. We also let you walk literally through the water so you can discover the ponds from a very different perspective. The route is accessible for sturdy strollers. Due to stumps on the forest paths and sections of boardwalk, the route is less suitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. This orange route is also the only true 'Robbie Bittern Route': the zany bird Robbie Bittern takes children aged 6 to 10 on an adventure through the land of 1001 ponds and lets them fully explore nature. Pick up your free activity card at the Robbie sign in the courtyard of Domain Kiewit and go on an adventure trip. More info about the adventures of Robbie Bittern can be found here
