The Espartaria Route covers 55.75 km through rural areas of Lorca, where asphalt gives way to technical trails and dirt paths. With a total elevation gain of 727 meters, it combines demanding sections with more accessible ones, ideal for testing endurance and technique. The terrain, mostly unpaved, offers a variety of landscapes and a tranquil, nearly untouched environment where the cyclist can enjoy the pace of the route with hardly any traffic.

Route marked according to the official IMBA Spain standard: the main marker is the MTB directional arrow (a triangle with two circles below) indicating the direction of travel. The indicator for this route is a red diamond with the number 1 (difficult).
