"La résinière" is 10 minutes from Mimizan bourg and 15 minutes from Mimizan plage, on 3800m2 of enclosed land in a quiet neighborhood. You'll have the advantage of being close to the sea without the hustle and bustle of the city.
Sleeps 9. You'll find three bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with large closets. The 1st with a 160x200 bed, the 2nd with 5 90x190 beds, and the 3rd with a 140x200 bed.
Italian shower on the first floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate WC on first floor.
54 m² wooden terrace with electric awning. Garden furniture for 12 people, large gas plancha. Ping-pong table, trampoline and private pétanque court.
Bed linen, household linen, towels and beach towels supplied at no extra charge.
Pets allowed.
