The Sentier des 7 Châteaux is a hiking trail in Luxembourg with a length of 38 kilometers. It runs through the valley of the seven castles. One of the castles, the Château de Septfontaines, is located in the center of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is privately owned. The history of the castle dates back to the 12th century, and it has had various owners over the centuries, including Jean de Septfontaines and Christoph von Criechingen.
