This sporty or even tough, walk leads you through a series of nature reserves with narrow paths, boardwalks, forest and field roads and beautiful views. During this varied Driebergen walk (Rodeberg, Sulferberg and Scherpenberg) you will find a variety of landscapes with forest, springs, stream valleys, grasslands and also small landscape elements such as pools and wood edges.

Several nature reserves are european protected as Natura 2000 areas. There is even a real vineyard, belonging to the wine estate "Entre deux Monts". The most touristic part of the tour is located at the starting point on the Rodeberg with the Lijstermolen, the chairlift to the Vidaigneberg and a considerable number of catering establishments. During the walk, however, you will largely stay in pure nature and you can enjoy the silence all around. Attention: after heavy rain, the paths can be very soggy and slippery here and there due to the clay soil.

• Public transport: no regular public transport, unless dial-a-bus 29 from Ypres and Poperinge (often long travel times). If you are a member of Cambio (car sharing), you can take the train to Ypres and reserve a Cambio car there.

•Parking lot: Thrush mill drive Heuvelland. Enter at café De Nachtegaal, Rodebergstraat 36 in Heuvelland. Attention: park in the front part of the car park (free of charge), at the back is reserved for the customers of the Molenhof restaurant.
