Throughout the beautiful Nature Reserve Bergerven, since 2020 it has been part of the Hoge Kempen National Park. A walk of nearly 10 kilometers, walked on Friday, May 8, 2020.
It is a region where the Kempen Plateau transitions into the Meuse Valley. So there had to be some climbing every now and then, but it was always worth it!
The walking map 'Bergerven' from the Regional Landscape Kempen and Maasland formed the basis for creating this own route.
Starting point: Ketelstraat (at the end of the street) in 3680 Neeroeteren (Maaseik).
