Take altitude on path No. 47. Let yourself be carried away through these small "mountains" of the Chappes hills and in this very typical area. Around Chaumont Porcien, farmland is omnipresent, creating a unique landscape between the Champagne plains and the Thiérache valleys.
At the starting sign, head down below the church to take the "Chemin de la Mignotte" and continue straight for 2km until you reach the GR12 junction.
Then turn right towards the "Chevrières farm."
At the road intersection, cross and climb the slope, leaving the farm on your right.
Head towards the "Indian Woods." During the descent, a view of the village of Adon opens up before you.
At the "L'épinoi" crossroads, turn right and pass below Adon. After 570m, turn left and then right 130m further on, following the GR 12.
Upon reaching the intersection indicating the direction of No. 46, continue straight. Then descend until you reach Chappes and your starting point.
