Gravensteen er en befæstet vandborgh, beliggende i den østflamske by Gent. Det er den eneste tilbageværende middelalderlige borg i Flandern og har et næsten intakt forsvarssystem. Det nuværende slot stammer fra 1180 og var residens for greverne af Flandern indtil 1353. Det blev senere omdannet til domstol, fængsel, mønttryk og endda til bomuldsfabrik. Det blev restaureret i 1893-1903.
