12 climbs and 8 cobbled stretches: discover the route of Dwars Door Vlaanderen. After the start in Roeselare, the riders head towards Oudenaarde via the finish place Waregem. On that route, they encounter the first climb of the day, the Hellestraat. The first cobblestones also make their appearance in the Varentstraat. The road remains relatively calm until they reach the Volkegemberg and the cobbles of the Holleweg after a good 70 kilometers.

Shortly after, they will pass over the Hotond, which the riders will climb twice. The Côte de Trieu or the Knokteberg is also present again as a staple. The Kortekeer, Berg Ten Houte, Kanarieberg, and several cobbled sections including the Huisepontweg and twice the Mariaborrestraat are part of the route.

The peloton will head back from Oudenaarde to Waregem where they will complete a local lap, starting at the Nokereberg and twice on the cobbles of the Herlegemstraat.
