If you are by car, you can park it at the corner of the Borchthof, pass through Borchthof at the church and turn right into the narrow Fezelarenstraat (a fezelaar is someone who whispers gossip), We leave N.O.-waarts of course along the Ijseweg, take the bridge over the Ijse and arrive by road at the end of the Leegheid on the Waversesteenweg. On the Dreef (N253) we take the path on the left after about 30 meters - which goes between the Ijse and the pond - to the Puttestraat. There we turn right again onto the Dreef, which we follow for 200m and then take the first road on the right. continue straight on Hassenbergstraat until you reach Broensdelle. Turn left. Until then, again, follow the Dreef which we follow straight for 1700m, then turn right into Kasteelstraat and cross the castle park again on the N253, but only for a few meters as we turn right into Molenhof.
