The approx. 8 km long circular tour leads through the forest area of Ahlsburg on good forest roads to the castle ruins of Grubenhagen.
If you would like to take a shorter tour, there are several options to shorten it. The way back from the castle is a steep footpath. If you want to avoid this, you can go back the same way you came.
