VAPT (Val D’Aran / Pyrenees / Lleida): Route 11
This is a huge day out in the saddle, in a stunning mountain landscape. This route includes 4 high-altitude mountain cols, including the Coll de Pradell, which boasts almost a kilometer of ramps which are steeper than 20% gradient. This is an expert-level ride, taking you over the Coll de Fumanya, then the aforementioned Pradell, the Col de Port, and the Coll de la Mina. Expect great views of the Pedraforca mountain, and don’t be surprised to come across many of the dairy cows of the Cadi Natural Park.
