All on the ground floor, it offers a beautiful view of the countryside from the covered terrace or from the fenced pool (9x3.50, depth 0.90 to 1.50 m) and children can enjoy the many toys available. Two other assets: the open-air swimming pool, facing south and heated by a heat pump, which is open from mid-May to mid-November (depending on the weather). One bedroom and the shower room/WC are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
From the gîte you can explore the heritage of the Gers and its many surrounding villages: Condom, Lectoure, Miradoux?
