Bike route in the shape of a Duvel glass, including the logo.
Only for seasoned cyclists who love Duvel. I completed the route in just under 12 hours at 23.5 km/h (excluding breaks, see https://www.strava.com/activities/4084457819).
Overview of the road surface:
~82% asphalt, ideal for racing bikes, etc.
~15% gravel, certainly doable with a racing bike but not ideal.
~3% roads definitely not meant for a racing bike. However, no problem with a gravel bike, mountain bike, ... so if you really want to, it's still doable with a racing bike (I did it that way), but be careful! :)
You can eat & drink wherever you want, plenty of options. For my lunch break (maxi spaghetti and lots of drinks) I chose Lembeek (the village that probably gave its name to the beer "Lambiek," the beer history hangs in the air there), 110 km after the start.
