Flute

The Wuppertal residential area Fleute is one of nine neighborhoods in the district of Langerfeld in the borough of Langerfeld-Beyenburg.
The residential area covers 1.14 km² and is bordered to the north by the Elberfeld–Dortmund railway line, to the east by the city limit with Schwelm, and to the south by Schwelmer Straße. To the west, the Langerfeld center adjoins. The federal highway A1 crosses the residential area in a north-south direction on two bridges, the Langerfeld viaduct and the Schwelmetal bridge. At the intersection of federal road B7 with A1 is the Wuppertal-Langerfeld interchange. The street In der Fleute crosses the residential area in an east-west direction.
