The route leads along the Leine (largely on the Leine cycle path) to Friedland and back through the Leine Valley (field) relaxed to Groß Schneen. From there to Ballenhausen and further to the "Rock Village" Reinhausen (a short detour into the village). At the beginning, the ascent to the Romanesque monastery church is possible. Continue to the village center and back to the roundabout and follow the cycle path to Diemarden. From Diemarden, ride on the Gartetal cycle path and field paths to Geismar and further to Göttingen.
