The Grünewald local historical trail is a 7-kilometer long hiking route in the heart of Luxembourg. A highlight along the way is the Stafelter Tunnel, a 1,850-meter long parallel tunnel that extends beneath the forested areas of the Grünewald. This tunnel, inaugurated on September 23, 2015, is one of three main tunnels on the A7 highway and offers a fascinating insight into Luxembourg's infrastructure.
