This route starts at Kunstcafé Appelscha and leads you through the beautiful nature to a number of nice galleries in the region. For example Glasatelier Benedictus in Appelscha, Art Alice in Oosterwolde and Prentenkabinet Nobilis in Fochteloo. Before Fochteloo the route makes a loop to Veenhuizen, where two more galleries are added to the trip (can also be cycled as a separate route).
