Freudenstadt er en by i den tyske delstat Baden-Württemberg på en højde af cirka 730 meter. Det er Kreisstadt for Landkreis Freudenstadt. Byen har 23.760 indbyggere.
Hovedkirken i Freudenstadt er den eneste bygning, der stod tilbage efter et bombardement af amerikanerne efterfulgt af en artilleribeskydning af franske tropper under Anden Verdenskrig i april 1945. Resten af byen blev lagt i aske.
