Auf dieser faszinierenden Tour können Sie viele von der Natur geschaffene Dinge sowie wunderbare Naturimpressionen bewundern. Bis in die 1950er Jahre gab es hier keinen Stausee. Als kleiner Bach drehte sich die Our um Bivels, was dann ganz anders aussah. Der St. Nicolas hatte auch einen Hügel. Die Landschaft zeugt von einem der beeindruckendsten Bauprojekte in Luxemburg Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Dies ist fast unsichtbar eines der größten Pumpkraftwerke in Europa. Tief unter unseren Routen rascheln die Wassermassen in riesigen Röhren zwischen dem Stausee und dem oberen Becken des Mont St. Nicolas. Viele ältere Erzählungen aus dem Bergbau erzählen von der Kupfermine in Stolzemburg. Neben aller technischen Faszination bietet diese Tour auch die schönsten Motive für Postkarten aus der fernen Umgebung.
