Emperor Napoleon has also been here and went into raptures at the sight of the monastery church in Oberelchingen. However, his visit was not of a peaceful nature. The route continues along the Danube to Ulm and Neu-Ulm, where the former garden show site in Wiley has developed into a popular leisure park. Passing the Ludwigsfeld bathing lake, the route continues via Straß to Oberfahlheim, where Napoleon spent the night before the decisive battle. The Museum of Fine Arts invites you to pay a flying visit here.
