Rheindorfer Route

On this approximately 13-kilometer route (1 hour travel time) along the Rhine and the recreational area "Untere Sieg," everything is combined that makes a bike trip interesting and attractive: nature, cultural and historical sights, and other opportunities for relaxing breaks. This bike tour leads to both sides of the Rhine and offers a special view of the surroundings when crossing with the ferry.

The Bergheim Sieg ferry is a rare type of ferry nowadays, a cable ferry. The ferry is held by a cable and driven to the other side by the current.
Operates from April to October (small fee)
