Bürgergarten – Event space of the city of Bad Bibra. Concerts and Germany's largest fairy tale parade with Christmas market take place here, especially during the pre-Christmas season.

2. Parish House
Built in 1702-1704 at the suggestion of Pastor Erdmann Neumeister (German cantata poet). The new community center in the converted monastery barn also serves as an event venue, while the parish house houses the parish office. Domberg – The oldest settlement core of present-day Bad Bibra (First mentioned: deed of donation in 786). The name "Domberg" goes back to the Augustinian Canons Stift, which emerged from the Benedictine monastery founded in 963.
Church Square - Three monuments are dedicated to the fallen of both world wars and the German War of 1866 (Battle of Königskrätz).

3. Church of St. Mary Magdalene
Construction of a collegiate church began around 1100 on the foundations of the Augustinian Canons Stift and was supplemented in 1402 with a Gothic west tower. The present church was built in 1868–1871 incorporating older parts of the previous building. It houses the largest Gothic sculpture collection in the Burgenlandkreis. Thanks to a generous donation from former Bad Bibra resident Joachim Haedrich from Carlsbad, California, the church has had a complete set of three bells since 2000. The bells are named Peace, Freedom, and Family.

4. Old Town Hall

Probably built in the 19th century, it now houses the Kneipp Information Center, the city library, and exhibitions on the spa history in the Baroque era, when the city held the title "Fashionable Spa of the Dukes of Saxe-Weißenfels". Upstairs, there is an exhibition on the boxing legend Franz Diener. The staircase is adorned with a stone beaver, the city's heraldic animal (designed by Prof. E. Pfeifer, Munich).

5. Bathing Area with Health Fountain Pavilion and Kneipp Facilities
The bathing area bears witness to the city's spa tradition, established in the 17th century by the Dukes of Saxe-Weißenfels. The health fountain, covered by the charming pavilion built in 1879, is Bad Bibra's oldest iron-rich spring. It was first tapped by Duke Johann Adolf of Saxe-Weißenfels in 1684. In 1777, the entrance portal to the spring was splendidly designed under Elector Friedrich August II, later King of Saxony.

6. Bathhouse with Foundation Stone
The former bathhouse was built at the end of the 17th century. After being destroyed by the Swedes and rebuilt in 1713, a new bathhouse with bathing cells and promenades was built in 1874. It is now used as a residential building. The foundation stone from 1777 bears a Latin inscription under the coat of arms, which translates as: "To the glory of Jehovah the Healer, His Most Serene Elector of Saxony Friedrich August, the Titus of our era, encompassed with this wall the healing waters first enclosed by the exalted Johann Adolf in 1684 and renewed by the exalted Christian in 1728."

8. Aue City Forest
Picturesque Auenwald forest along the Saubach creek with rare flora and fauna. Highlights of the path: two historic springs, Finnebahn viaducts, and Nitzsche-Mühle.

9. Heilandsbrunnen, Barefoot Path, Peace Height
The Heilandsbrunnen is one of the idyllic gems in the Aue. The spring is accessible from two sides via steps and was enclosed in 1907 (restored in 1996 on the occasion of the spring festival). Next to it is the barefoot path, a lively alternative to walking on asphalt and gravel paths, offering soft and hard surfaces for a natural foot sole massage. The Peace Height, formerly Kaiser-Wilhelm-Höhe, was established in 1904.

10. Sisters' Spring
The Sisters' Spring is known for its richness in various salts. The water has similar properties to the original health fountain. Its inscription reads: "Healing sisters, be helpful to all who trust you." According to legend, a kind fairy brought healing to three sisters at this spring. The spring was first tapped in 1686 and renovated in 2000.

11. Viaducts
Very worth seeing are the two listed viaducts in the Saubachtal valley, the 20-meter-high Twelve Apostles Bridge and the 29-meter-high and 100-meter-long Schnecktal Bridge. The Finnebahn was built in 1912/14 as a single-track branch line. It branched off in Laucha from the Unstrutbahn and connected to the Pfefferminzbahn in Kölleda. After World War II, the tracks between Lossa and Kölleda were dismantled due to reparation demands. Until the 1960s, passenger trains ran between Laucha and Lossa, later only freight trains. The line was shut down in 1994.

More excursion tips:

Nitzsche-Mühle – In the sloping catchment area of the Biberbach, there were 12 water mills in the past, some of which are still preserved and inhabited. The Nitzsche-Mühle, formerly Kneiselmühle, has been used as a grist and sawmill since its construction in the 17th century. External visits are possible all year round. Guided tours available by appointment.

Balison Adventure Pool – With a giant water slide, swimming pool, adventure pool, mother-child area, and extensive sunbathing areas, the idyllically located pool on the edge of the forest invites you to swim, relax, and sunbathe.

Romanesque Church Steinbach – Built around 1220, contemporaneous with the late Romanesque-early Gothic reconstruction of Naumburg Cathedral. The decorative forms of late Romanesque are fascinating: hefty arches adorn the choir and apse, while richly decorated capitals embellish the corner columns in the choir. The church is located slightly outside the village because Steinbach was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War and was rebuilt at its present location. The church is now part of the Romanesque Road. It is open on weekends from Easter to October.

Lindenbrunnen – At the Lindenbrunnen (built in 2008), you can refresh yourself with Kneipp treatments or an arm bath. The application is accompanied by musical sounds. The popular event space features benches, a grill pavilion, and a small open-air stage.
