Get off to a good start
The health track is located in the southern part of Randers Nordre Fælled. It starts and ends near the parking lot at Kompagnivej/Langvej, but you can also park at the dog forest/shooting range and then walk up to the starting point.

But how do you get started?
You will need your BMI and the time it takes you to complete the route. Then you can find your fitness index. There are boards that guide you through the entire process. Whether you walk or run the route doesn't matter – just getting started can be considered a success.
The health track is 2,790 meters long, and the terrain is even and goes through both open land and forest.
At the start, there is a green pictogram with white text: "Health Track Start". Along the way, the health track is marked with red posts featuring green pictograms with red triangles. At the end, there is a green pictogram with white text: "Health Track End".
