Beautiful highway through the original Dutch polder and waterland.
The route starts on the water at the terrace of the Hermenzeil water sports center in Raamsdonk and leads over Castle Dussen to the De Biesbosch National Park. Here you can visit the Biesbosch Museum.
The path continues over narrow dikes and polder paths of the Heusden and Altena region through the beautiful town of Woudrichem to the endpoint, the beautifully restored fortified town of Heusden.
After arriving, take a stroll through the Vesting (ask at the tourist information) and end in one of the cozy cafés at the Vismarkt.
