Koekuit Walking Route

The Koekuit walking route takes you to the heart of West Flanders, where the terrain is gently rolling and the landscape is a patchwork of meadows and fields. The many wide-open views are a distinctive feature. The route starts on the outskirts of Moorslede and follows a charming country lane to the hamlet of De Koekuit. There, you walk to the castle of the same name and the Pater Lievenshoeve. Stately avenues and country roads take you via Beitem back to the starting point.
