1. Exit with the church of Saint-Martin de Sart-lez-Walhain on your right. Take the second street on the right, rue du Pré des Basses. Continue straight, at the intersection with the Chapelle des Tilleuls, until you reach the T-junction where you turn left. You are now rue de Saint-Paul. Through this street, the stairs continue, past the church, until you turn left at the T-junction into Les deux Hurées. At the fork, keep right and follow a hollow road, after the Chapel of the Good God of the Oak. You arrive on a concrete road, rue de Nil, and follow it on the left. Skip all back roads and pass the Church of Nile Saint Vincent and St. Martin's Castle. Then take Rue du Paradis on the right. At the intersection with some farms you take the leftmost street, the path of Tiège. You pass in front of a chapel and walk along the mill of Tiège (1834). Pedaling straight on Chemin du Tiège, you enter a new residential area, on a straight intersection, in rue Margot. The intersection with the N4, the Chaussée de Namur also crosses you and on the other side you pedal joyfully and always straight in the Val d'Alveau to the Moulin d'al Vau, a water mill on the Orne. Pass a campsite, above the Orne and on the right in the rue De Nil. Pedal under the railway tracks and take Rue de Bayau on the left. Stay on the path to the right of a new residential area. At the next crossroads, you continue straight into the rue de Bierbais which takes you up. The reward: a beautiful view of the castle of Bierbais (18th century), with keep of the 13th century.
2. Above, at the end of Rue de Bierbais, cross an oblique intersection and cross Rue de Nivelles. Continue straight on your bike, cross the intersection. The wide road turns into a narrow concrete road, the chemin de Nivelles. Soon you will return between the fields. On the right a panorama of Mont-St-Guibert. You dive into a hollow road, cross a dirt road and go back up. At the next crossroads, take the wide concrete road on the left, rue Vital Casse. The road climbs gently and takes you past Chenoi Castle and along the edge of the forest of the same name. At a major crossroads - a five-way road called the Tree of Justice - take the direction of Mellery. You pedal in front of cell towers, by the street of the 43rd Infantry Regiment, in front of the Ferme Le Sartage and by the hamlet of Haute Heuval. After the houses, ignore a path on the right and then take the first road on the left. Now you drive on a narrow concrete road. At the intersection with a paved road, continue straight. Follow the hilly road without worrying about secondary roads. At the end, about 100 m before a closure, you take a very sharp left turn. You are now pedaling in the rue du Cimétière. Continue straight, pass in front of the cemetery until you reach the village basin. Before school, you pedal right in the rue du Couvent and at the end on the left in the rue de L'Ermitage. Before turning off, you can drive straight. You will then arrive at the castle of Gentinnes (1863) (now monastery) and the Kongolo chapel. The chapel was built in memory of missionaries who died in Congo since 1960.
3. Cross the intersection, pass in front of the church, until you reach the T-junction where you turn right. Keep rue de Mellery until the next T-junction. Here you turn left, rue Dauphin and always straight on Cortil-Noirmont. At the intersection with Croix St-Géry, you continue straight. For a farm, turn right, then left. Make a detour to the left by the rue du Bief, passing in front of a water mill. Then in front of the St-Adèle chapel, take the rising street of the Tower. At the end turn left, rue des Aviateurs, until you reach the T. Turn right into the Chemin D'Ernage and continue straight until before the railway. Here you turn right, then left under the railway tracks and directly right into Rue Emile Labarre. Follow until you reach the church of Ernage. Turn left behind the church and turn right at the end. Cross the Wavre-Gembloux road and cycle back into the fields. Cross an intersection and on the T, you pedal left, passing a chapel. At the end turn right and on the next T, at the ruins of the medieval castle of Walhain Castle (abandoned in the 18th century), turn right. Follow the rue du Vieux Château to the end. Take rue des Boscailles on the right, which becomes rue du Bois de Buis. Follow until you start point.
