The so-called Witch Forest borders the park area Langes Tannen in Uetersen, originated from a former dune landscape dating back to the Ice Age, and covers an area of about 11 hectares. Due to the sandy soil, the vegetation mainly consists of pines, birches, and oaks. A narrow path runs through this forest area, next to which there is a small clearing. This area is protected by federal nature conservation law and designated as a landscape conservation area.
