The Schmöckwitzer Brücke is a road bridge in Berlin, Germany, which crosses the Dahme in the district of Treptow-Köpenick in the course of Wernsdorfer Straße.
A bridge was built near Schmöckwitz in 1602, which burned down at the end of the Thirty Years' War when the imperial army passed through. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the bridge over the Dahme to Schmöckwitz Werder was a simple pile pass bridge with elevators so that sailing ships could be allowed to pass through. After several renovations of the bridge and only short-lived constructions, it is said to have burned down in 1813. In 1887, the eagle frame was removed, after which the aim was to build a bridge between Schmöckwitz, Werder and Wernsdorf permanently over the Dahme, and this was done nine years later by the Krugwirt Gärisch. At that time, Schmöckwitz became a water sports and local recreation center for Berliners.
