Old stone barn (42 m2) converted into an independent gîte, opening onto a large covered terrace (35m2) with wooded grounds (8500 m2); carport/closed on 3 sides (20 m2) and storeroom at your disposal. The property is located close to the owners' house, without any opposite. On the ground floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, covered terrace. On the first floor, bedroom, toilet and washbasin independent, access by the covered terrace with JAPANESE STEP. Many G.R. and P.R. possible from the gite. Animals are welcome except in the bedroom.
In order to welcome in the best conditions all the guests who follow one another, the smokers will be able to smoke on the terrace. On the ground floor, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, terrace. On the first floor, bedroom (1 bed 140), independent toilet and washbasin, access by the covered terrace with JAPANESE STEP.
