This impressive museum has a phenomenal collection. It is so large that it is impossible to fully explore it in a single day. The building in which it is located is a unique piece of 19th-century architecture and provides ample reason to visit. The museum is divided into four zones, each with a common theme. It allows visitors to easily find what they are looking for. Follow the Red Zone if you are interested in geology. Learn more about the history of the Earth and the forces that influence it. The Green Zone focuses on birds and fossils, while the Blue Zone is dedicated to human biology, mammals, and dinosaurs. There is a model of a blue whale. The Orange Zone allows you to explore nature in the Wilderness Garden and the Darwin Centre. The museum is free and child-friendly. There are many interactive multimedia features, and you can even touch most of the exhibits.
