The famous waterfall of Coo, at a height of 15 meters, is twice as high as all other waterfalls in the Ardennes. Télécoo is the natural spectacle around which a real amusement park has developed. Kayaks, wild boars, visible from small carts, and a bobsleigh that is hoisted up by a winch. Furthermore, there is the lookout tower with its gigantic vistas, accessible via the chairlift, which is 700 meters long and climbs 240 meters, and of course the waterfalls. With thunderous force, the water of the Amblève crashes down. From the bridge, you can descend a small staircase into the middle of the waterfall, where a rainbow accentuates the impressive sight. However, according to a German study, the dam of the Cascade of Coo is on the verge of collapsing, putting the Amblève valley at risk of flooding. The Coo dam has deep, black cracks, and the amusement park regularly gets flooded. Sometimes water seeps through the dam, and if the dyke were to unexpectedly burst, a wall of water between six and nine meters high would surge through the valley. The owner of the dam denies that anything is wrong and states that the dam is constantly monitored.
