Bike path accessible "Ligny - Gembloux"

“You start your ride at the former station Ligny Sud, not far from the battlefield where the Emperor of the French, Napoleon I, achieved his last victory.

About before the village of Sombreffe, sections of tracks and switches laid on sleepers are still visible over a distance of about one hundred meters. They are the last witnesses of the line's activity. At this point, a track installation connected a grain storage facility.
