An energetic up and down on a steep sun-kissed southern slope, through well-tended vineyards, small wine villages and historic spots such as Saillon with the mini-vineyard of forger Farinet, and Chamoson, with its octagonal tower of St-Pierre-de-Clages.
The wine trail leads through the Valais vineyards from Martigny to Sion. The 43-kilometre bike trail winds gently up and down through this area, passing through carefully cultivated vineyards, historic locations and small wine-producing villages that offer wine tasting. Wines can be tasted without appointment at many points along the route. This unique bike trail is the perfect way to discover the Valais region and its vineyards.
The Fol'terres wine shop at the eastern part of Fully offers a vaste choice of more than 60 wineries in Valais. Savour with your eyes and taste the subtlety of the aromas of wines and regional products.
