As a starting point, we choose the district of Ziegelhütte with parking possibilities at the hiking car park. Here is a signboard with hiking information available. We walk along the Schlörbach, downstream on the edge of the valley towards Glashütte. Once we arrive here, we turn right behind the left house, pay attention to the signpost, and walk on a soothing meadow and forest path until we reach a gravel forest path, then orientate to the right, on the so-called Sixties Path.Slightly ascending, we hike through various forest cultures below the Hohe Hagen until we reach the Kapitelplatz and finally in a northerly direction reach the edge of the forest with a view of a stream flowing below, the Schlörbach.
