Saint-Fiel is a French commune located in the Creuse department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. In the center of France, more precisely in the northwest quarter of the Creuse department, the commune of Saint-Fiel spans 16.72 km². The communal territory is bordered to the northeast for two and a half kilometers by the Creuse, which serves as a territorial boundary with Glénic; to the southwest, its tributary the Naute marks the boundary between Saint-Fiel and Saint-Sulpice-le-Guérétois for one and a half kilometers.
