This charming independent pigeon house of 35m² (ground floor + 2 floors) is located in the heart of the village of Tournecoupe. Dating from the 17th century, it has been restored and converted into a gîte while keeping its identity, the nesting boxes that can be admired in the room. It has a veranda and a covered terrace of 45m² from which you will enjoy an exceptional view of the valleys of the Gers and the Pyrenees. A swimming pool shared with the owners and fenced (7.8x3.7 - depth: 1.50m) is at your disposal, as well as a garden of 100m². The owner lives nearby and is available to listen to you if necessary. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, linen, cleaning, heating. Living room (veranda), kitchen/dining area. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, shower room/wc). On the 2nd floor: 1 mezzanine (2 single beds). Shelter.
