The dining area features a round table with four chairs.
The living area has two sofa beds, one of which sleeps two, a TV, a table and chairs, and reversible air conditioning.
The dwelling has its own private terrace with picnic tables, parasol and barbecue.
Upstairs: two partitioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a dormitory room with 5 single beds. Magnificent views over the cereal fields from the bedroom. A WC completes the floor.

Other facilities include a washing machine, ping pong table, table soccer, Molki, board games and books for the whole family.

On the property, you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with the tenants of the 2 other gîtes on the estate and with the owners (who live on the property). The pool is heated and covered from mid-April to the end of September, weather permitting. There's also a small petanque court in the garden.
The gîte has its own private terrace and on-site parking.
