This route is a route of extremes. South of the Gooimeer lies the beautiful Naarden Vesting, a city with an eventful and long history. North of the Gooimeer is one of the youngest cities in the Netherlands: Almere. Halfway along the route you will pass through the former fishing village of Huizen. The tour is a must for those who like variety: it is enjoying history, architecture and natural beauty.
Please note: this route is not suitable for bicycle trailers due to a narrow passage (70cm)
