Month of July breaks through the limit of 2 million sessions per month

We achieved 2 million sessions (or visits) per month for the first time in July: 2,042,363 sessions to be exact. The previous monthly record was in August 2018, when there were 1,956,524 visits. August has been the most popular month for years. So we expect that we will be able to report a new monthly record again at the end of this month.

Belgium and the Netherlands are still the two leaders

Belgium and the Netherlands represent 30.0% and 29.6% of the visits respectively. But with a growth of 15% (compared to the same month last year), the Netherlands keeps up with Belgium, which has a growth of 11%.

Then comes Germany, France and the UK.

US remains strongest grower

With a growth of 69% (compared to the same month last year), the US is the strongest grower. The other top growers are the UK (with 36%), Germany (34%) and Austria (25%).

Cochem for cyclists, Durbuy for hikers, Noord-Brabant for motorcyclists

The Belgian Durbuy remains the absolute top when it comes to walking routes ( view the offer in Durbuy ).

Noord-Brabant in the Netherlands is the most popular region when it comes to searching for motorcycle routes ( view the selection here ).

Limburg dominates

Among the top 5 of the most viewed routes in July, there are 2 routes linked to "Cycling through the Trees", the very successful new campaign of Tourism Limburg, and 2 other routes in Belgian Limburg and 1 in Dutch Limburg.
