El conjunt de Sant Vicenç de Jonqueres està format per l'edifici de l'església, la rectoria adossada pel costat de ponent i el clos del cementiri pel costat de llevant i migdia. El conjunt conserva elements romànics, gòtics, renaixentistes i d'època barroca.
Des que la van restaurar, l'any 1992, l'antiga església està cedida a una entitat d'interès cultural: el Servei General d'Informació de Muntanya. La rectoria la porten uns masovers i la planta baixa està destinada a un taller de restauració de mobles.
